JD Drive involves challenging offroad driving conditions, which has various risks associated with it. Participation in JD Drives is at your own risk. Please ensure that your vehicle is in optimal running condition and you have all the necessary vehicle and personal insurance coverage. While all reasonably practical assistance will be extended, we assume no responsibility or liability arising out of your participation in this drive.

All our liability is hereby fully disclaimed.

By participating in the JD Drive you:
(i) confirm to be fully aware of all risks (including to your vehicle and life)
(ii) agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any liability , costs , or damages which may arise as a result of your participation in JD Drive
(iii) hereby authorise us to take your /your vehicles photos/videos, and to use/publish/distribute them (including via any social media) as required to promote the JD Drive whether now or in future. Any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of onshore Dubai courts.

For avoidance of doubt, no one of JD will be held accountable or responsible, nor will JD take ownership of any incidents or outcomes that you, as a participant, gets into, knowingly or unknowingly. This also applies to any passengers whom you bring along on any of the drives who will be your responsibility and not of JD .

Any and all photos, videos and media shared with JD on Team App, WhatsApp or other social platforms directly or indirectly are owned by JD and can be used by JD without seeking explicit approvals. All media shared in the JD platforms constitute intellectual property of JD and could be used as per JD ’ discretion.

By signing up for a drive, you and your passengers accept that JD assumes no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage, or financial loss arising from the participation of JD events.
